I have been masturbating with a sock in my mouth for as long as I can remember, it just doesn't feel right for me to masturbate without the sock. When masturbating without a sock I struggle to reach an orgasm and often lose my erection. The sock isn't completely in my mouth i just put the middle bit in my mouth and suck and chew on it. (Although sometimes I put one sock into the back of my mouth and then put the other sock at the front hanging out)

    It could be like how when facing extreme amounts of pain people tend to bite down on something soft.
