Is it normal that i always look up at vents?

Every time i go to a new house or my own house i look up at any vent i see at all...i always envision a child looking down at me in an creepy odd way...and then when i am about to go to bed i see the child next to my bed...Also i see ghost all the time and it makes my eyes water extreamly badley and it sometimes make my eyes turn odd colors like gray or black instead of my usual eye color with is a brown.

    I think that once we get an idea stuck in our heads, it is hard for us to make it leave. It think that if you want this problem to go away then you must hesitate looking up at vents from now on. This might be really difficult at first but try to make this habit turn into another habit that distracts your mind from that exact situation. Like next time, focus on what is going on at that particular moment and you wont focus on the vents.
