Is it normal that i always hear some ringing in my ear after sex?

So whenever I have sex (that goes for masturbating too) after I ejaculate I hear some kind of short ringing in my left ear which lasts about 10 seconds.

It doesn't bother me but it's kinda weird.

People know what you're doing and they're talking about you. You finish wanking it, mom/dad/siblings/neighbors hear strange noises and feel the house shaking; they look at one another and say, "there goes little Jimmy yanking his chain again."
