Is it normal that i always have to move around?

If I don’t move my feet/legs/arms/shoulder/hands for more than 15 seconds, it starts going numb and it hurts a little (like there is pressure on it from whatever it’s touching. If I’m laying down with my legs crossed and my feet touching, the part where my feet is touching will start to feel some pressure, as if I was pressing my feet hard against each other but I’m not).
Basically it’s a very uncomfortable feeling and to avoid it I have to move all the time and fidget. It’s annoying and exhausting and it makes me look a little weird too.

It has been like this forever. I’m an 18 year old girl with no known health problems.

You should describe this to a doctor. Maybe see an OD rather than an MD. You will need labs and a thorough physical exam. Try to think of other odd symptoms that don't seem related, but could be. Other symptoms might point to the cause.
