Is it normal that i always have a headache?

I've had a headache for months... Nothing seems to make it better or worse, just hope when I wake up in the morning it isn't too bad and I don't feel too nauseous. My hands/arms occasionally go numb, and I can hear a buzzing and my heartbeat in my right ear... Any thoughts?

Based on the buzzing and heartbeat sound, it is possible you have a blockage and/or infection somewhere in the ear or nasal system.
There is a lot of fluid and mucus in that system that can easily become dried up, or hard and cause painful blockages. The eustacian tube is a common culprit. This is the tube that connects the nose and the ear.
part of its job is to balance the pressure in your ear so you can hear properly; so when it is messed up, you might get pain and funny noises in your ear.

This might also explain feelings of nausea if the problem is inner ear related.

Definitely go see a doctor, as this is easily fixed!

I would also recommend seeing a chiropractor. You could possibly have a pinched nerve in your neck or further down. This could also explain the arm/hand numbness if the nerve is being blocked and the blood can't get through.

Why don't you go to see your doctor?

Not sure, but if you are dehydrated that can be the cause of the headache. The average person should be drinking 1.5-2 liters of water a day.
