Is it normal that i always go for guys i cant have?

It is basically like people having crushes on movie stars.

It's normal, but unhealthy.

Basically, you witness a few positive traits, become infatuated, and instinctively start pinning after this unavailable person.

It's as others have said, you're just a fangirl. You're not looking at these men as actual people with flaws and such, but instead seeing them as ideal partners you must obtain.

This is so normal! When someone is in a relationship you see everything that you want in a partner. Because of this it makes you want them as they seem perfect; its like a star , it shines at night and in the day no one can see it; a star at night is like a man in a relationship, he shines bright beyond the dark sky. A man not in a relationship is like the day time, when stars dont shine. Spend some time with guys doing things you like so that your personality comes out the most, and dont forget they saying 'quit while your ahead' ;) Good Luck xx
