Is it normal that i always get a sore throat with sunburn.

Every time I get bad sunburn I also get a really sore throat. Is there any correlation?

    I can't think of any correlation with the possible exception of dehydration.

    Not to make any assumptions about your health, but currently 1 in 6 Americans have genial herpes (hsv 2). Sun exposure has been known to trigger herpes outbreaks and some people experience cold or flu like symptoms before or during those outbreaks, including a sore throat. That could be a correlation between sun exposure and a sore throat for some people.

    Dappled has about the only possible correlation I can think of, dehydration.

    Ya, you just damaged a vital organ (skin is an organ). Sleep and aloe is the best cure.
