Is it normal that i always feel guilty when talk with society?

Ok, i am 21. i have been through with friends since i was 4. but i don't know i've been always feeling guilty everytime i've finished talking with them or asking them for help. like there's a sound in my head says "hei girl! u bother them, u know??" "did u really think well about the words that outta your mouth??" "its harsh!" "hei, u always show off what u have/what u are great at, they will hate u over that", "well here we go, u just offended them", "let's ruin everything because your inability of talking good with your friends"

whereas when i tell them i won't bother even a bit, they always say, "hei just cool, when u need help we are ready for u", but i can never do that, telling them that i need them.

Same story here. I always regret to myself and all of a sudden I'm having an argument with my inner voice.

But I'd always prefer to be quiet and keep things to myself. And filter all the words from my brain when it's necessary.

that's so me, prefer to be quiet and keep things to myself. and we got home, sitting on bed, asking ourselves "what's the mistake i have done with them? i hope they aren't offended" "do they still wanna be my friend?" something like that.

GOD I FUCKING HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE USE "U" INSTEAD OF JUST TYPING OUT THE WORD "YOU". HOLYFUCKINGSHIT IT'S TWO DAMNED LETTERS!

It sounds to me like you have social anxiety issues. Trust me when I say that you are analyzing what you're saying way more than they are.
