Is it normal that i almost never have happy dreams

I rarely wake up happy too. I used to have a lot of nightmares that repeated almost every night. Most of them were of me being chased by some dude with either a gun or a knife, abandoned in either a parking lot, or some weird ass building off the side of the road, ones where I was lost on some trail that I've never seen in my life, and once in a while I would have those weird dreams where someone died, occasionally dreams about lust, and the rest are just random dreams like me walking through a store or something.

I remember having this one dream where this guy was chasing me trying to kill me. I had it over and over again. I swear I had it probably like 5 times. And it always went back to the beginning and ended at the same spot everytime. This other one I had, I was walking through this building that I've never seen in my life before, and I couldn't find my way out, and all this weird shit was happening in it. It was haunted or something.

Dreams can be weird and depressing. Its all what you're subconsciously thinking. Don't let it bother you that your dreams aren't happy. Just make sure your actual life itself is happy.
