Is it normal that i almost never dream?

Whenever I fall asleep I usually don't dream, but the few times I do it tends to be Deja Vu. Does this happen to anyone else?

Im not sure if it is the thing that you don't dream, or the fact that you can't remember your dreams at all.

You have different stages of sleep and relaxation, and it might be that your sleeping pattern is unusual.

I know that you can get information on this, and get an examination if it really bothers you.

No, it's not normal. But as previously stated, it's seriously unhealthy to not have dreams at all. You most likely have them, and forget them. While you're having it you remember it, obviously, but when you wake up any trace of it would be gone so it would seem like nothing happened. Again, it's not normal, but when it comes to dreams you most likely are normal.

It may mean that you consistently have enough to sleep to finish your sleep cycle. I believe waking up during Rapid Eye Movement means you haven't finished your sleep cycle and REM is supposedly when you have the most vivid dreams. Non-REM dreams usually appear more mundane or you just don't remember them. That might be why.
