when im nervouse or when i get into my school uniform my hands just sweat lots and its really in barasing so any idears what i should do or try

You just need to chill out.
Since you get sweaty hands from getting into your school uniform, I take it that fitting into the social structure at school isn't so easy for you. Just be yourself. If you don't like yourself, then change.
This happens to me just when I put lotion on and forget to wash my hands.
