Is it normal that i air drum constantly and its hard to stop doing it

    Whenever I see someone air drumming in public I go up to them and air guitar beside them. In hope someone comes up and air djs beside us.

    no its not i looked like i had issues for 2 months i air drumed every 7 secs

    Sometimes when I'm bored and sleepy at work, I go into the bathroom and air drum to music to wake up and get a kick. Then it turns into the guitar. Then I realize I need to get back to work. Lol

    Its just a habit just before you do it stop urself and think the urge will probly go away then

    lol i dont do it any more but i have adhd atention difficency hyperactive disorder that was the hyperactive part lol
