I absolutely hate when people say things like "Act your color" or "Act/Talk White/Black". How do you act or talk a color??? I don't understand that. I am white and I just think that is the most ignorant thing ever. You can act/ talk ghetto but you can't act/ talk a color or race!! Is this normal?
omg i too hate that!! i'm black and i am a prep and the black girls call me fake or make fun of me, say thing like i act white (which i guess to them is really really corny??) and white people usually try to remind me that i am black. I just wish i could be me and not have to act like anyone on t.v. :/
schmiaa1160: I'm not trying to bash your opinion but gangsters aren't just black and it also has a lot to do with how they were raised not so much from parents but where they grew up. If a white boy grows up in the ghetto that's all he knows so by telling him to act his color in my opinion would be wrong. He's just being himself.

I have never heard that said before... But put that aside, some black people are white on the inside, and some whites are black on the inside... Of course not accutally... but metaphorically..

i think that the people that say act your color are racist and dont have fun in life cuz its really fun not talking normal and entertaining.
