Is it normal that i absolutely hate it when people move my things
I can always find my things even if it's messy. When someone moves it, I go crazy because I can't find it and it's such a waste of my time.

Yeah, like when I was younger, my mom would suddenly reorganize everything, like my bookcase, so I would actually take out all the books and put them back in the places that I would remember them. I hate when people rearrange my stuff.
It's normal.
My grandmother did that when I was a teen. Even if I had a huge mess, I knew where things were, but she'd go through, and she'd also throw shit out. Inexplicably, it was usually stuff I obviously needed (ie stuff for school) that got the flick, along with sentimental value stuff, and plain junk that got kept.
After she'd done her little invasion (and read any private correspondance ("I just want to know what you're THINKING!!" was her defence...) it would take sometimes months to find any of the shit I needed. If it hadn't been thrown out and salvaged from the recycle.
It's bloody annoying. You're completely normal. People who move things are jerks. Hehe.
Everyone says my apartment is messy. There are no garbage around, I just leave my stuff all around the place. But I still know exactly where everything is.
And when my parents come to visit, my mother usually starts to move stuff to where she thinks they should be. Then I spent the next day searching for everything and moving them back. I let her move them though, since it makes her feel helpful.
