Is it normal that i’m still in love for almost a year after only a kiss?

I met this girl, we started to like each other around 4 months after we met. We never dated, all we did was kiss a few times. We are still really good friends to this day, but I still like her and might be in love with her, I think she’s perfect for me. Is this normal?

    You can’t help who you fall in love with so of course this is normal. The longer you hide your feelings, the less of a chance you’ll have. So I’d say to go for it if you really like her! Obviously do what you want but I mean that’s just my advice lol. No matter what you decide to do, good luck anyway!

      I told her I liked her like 4 months ago. She wanted me to stop liking her and told me we are never gonna be like that again. So, I’ve been lying that I don’t like her ever since.

    I can relate this so much atm. I met this new girl a few weeks ago through a mutual friend. We hang out a couple of times. We ended up kissing but she is not ready yet for love or anything like that. It's sad because I really like her. And I think she likes me to but she is way too scared because of her last 'relationship' with guys. (Fyi she's about to turn 17 and I just turned 20)

    For once I would say this is closer to love than lust. I'm not saying its love but only you can know that.
