Is it normal that high definition sound makes me sick?

Well when I listen to music through my bose head phones (very clear crisp sound, good bass) I get nauseous. Sick feeling in my stomach. It happens
A with really any good quality headphones or speakers, but when I use cheap crappy headphones with not so good sound I'm completely fine

Could be the way that the quality of the noise is affecting your inner ear. If you are concerned, I would speak to a doctor that specializes in auditory issues.

You probably just have sensitive hearing. But just to be sure it isn't something else wrong with your ear, I'd see a specialist.

  • Good quality audio you can often feel. Usually its the bass. Maybe the vibrations are making you feel sick.

Although nausea is usually caused by vibrations of less than 1Hz and you won't get any less than 20Hz out of good set of headphones.

High quality headphones with good bass can produce the brown note.

        Yes it is.
        It's just a myth though.

My previous post is a complete lie, by the way.
I was just offering an explanation to the OP.

I am like this too! Are you also sensitive to other sound and balance-related things? (Bc I am)

I have absolutely no idea why this happens, I think NeuroNeptunian probably has the right of it.

That's happened to me, but it's has also happened with older songs or music genres that I didn't like.
