I went on a date with this guy about 4 days ago and he won't talk to me anymore. He hasn't texted me in a while and after our date he told me he had fun and said that he wanted to go on another one. Is this normal that he's not talking to me...?

Hes moved on probably . If he really wanted to see you again, he would have taken it into his own hands, and called you for another date. He didnt want to hurt your feelings. Now, move on girl .
Maybe he got a bit embarrassed if he did something and doesn't want to be made fun of (of course you wouldn't do that, anyway!).
Maybe he's trying to think of some stuff right now, so just wait a bit or try to talk to him... But not too much, or he'll be uncomfortable.
It's normal, but it's a douchebag move for someone who is trying to let you down easy without manning up and just letting you know he's not interested
