This is going to be a rather graphic and sexual question, for those whom it may offend.
So for clarification and a little background, I have been seeing this guy (casually) for a few months or so. We do not have sex as it has been too painful any time we've attempted. Either way, any time we've hooked up, he's ejaculated one way or another. I have a thing for watching guys jack off, so sometimes he does it himself, which I don't think he minds.     Yes you're overreacting.

    One experience of him not cumming when you expect him to and you're flipping out n shit, thinking something is wrong? :)

    We don't all run like clockwork.

    There are various possible reasons he didn't cum:
    He was anxious.
    He was tired.
    He was depressed.
    He wasn't psychologically aroused enough (you can be hard but mentally not be 'there')
    He was distracted.
    He was drunk.
    He was on medication.
    He recently climaxed prior to your efforts.
    It was just one of those days.

    I'd only be concerned if this happens frequently, especially more often than not. One instance of a guy not being able to cum is not a reason to get all bothered.

      so we hung out tonight, first time since then. We have a really open relationship and can tell each other about anything.
