Is it normal that my boyfriend (relatively new, we've been together a couple of months) asked me to stay over, then when we were about ready to.. um... he changed his mind and said he wasn't ready to have sex (at all, like emotionally and stuff) and then half an hour later after cuddling he changed his mind and asked me to try again.
We did, anyway, and he was fine after, I'm just confused as to why he'd say that and then change his mind. I put no pressure on him whatsover, just said I understood and that I loved him either way.
(He was a virgin, I wasn't, we're both 18)

    People change their minds all the time. I wouldn't think too much about it. His reasons are his own.

    So adorable... I think he was nervous/ scared most guys are no matter if it's their 1st time or just their 1st with a new girl. My ex was the same way.

    He had to make sure you loved him and he was ready. You proved you did and he was cool with it. For alot of people sex is physical AND emotional.
