I was dating this guy for three years, we broke up because he moved to another country and told me that he needs to figure out what he wants, and that i wasn't included in his plans.
All that happened one year ago, so one day i received a message from him, i didn't reply so he sent another one.. My question here, is it normal for a person who rejected you to act this way ?

    Answer the message and tell him to "Go to Hell!" or words to that effect. If he dumped you once, he'll do the same thing again when something he considers better comes along.
