Is it normal that he acts like this all the time pretty much?

OK, I'm 18 and have a 69 year old dad, Yes I know he's really ancient and that the fact that his current age is the dirty number 69 however, in this case it's not quite so funny...so I'm in the car with my father and almost every time a young female walks past ranging from about (17-25)you can guarantee she catches my dads eye, and there he goes again, staring at her legs. It's mostly the legs and ass he stares at I have noticed, it makes me feel awkward and uncomfortable and sick. I feel like smacking him in the chops!! And there's NO point in being straight up and saying: "hey !! U bastard, that girls young enough to be your frikn daughter, that could be me! Because he either laughs at you or says something like: "Oh, I didn't know I do that". It's SOOO INFURIATING!! because he is always doing this and making remarks about women. Why can't he just leave them alone, who cares, it's just a body ( as he says) So What would you do if u were me is what i'm wanting to know..? ps: he is quite spiritual and always goes on about how the body is just a body, it doesn't matter what the person loks like, it's whats on the inside that counts, pssshh. He is such a Hypocrite .
