Is it normal that guys prefer the girl next door type?
I have two girlfriends, lets call them girl A and Girl B. They are both 20 years old and a lot of guys like them, they are both a very different "type" though. Girl A is very exquisitely beautiful, like the perfect barbie doll type of girl from head to toe, kind of intimidating to some. Like she is slim but has curves, long legs and always has perfect hair makeup, and looks great all the time. A lot of guys to tend to fall head over heels for her and she is never without suitors. But a lot of guys I've talked to prefer Girl B over Girl A. And some of them will even approach Girl B first. Girl B is a girl next door type, her body is not bad, it is average at best, and her face is cute but not beautiful and she is definitely not stunning. She definitely has meat on the bones, and her hair is shoulder length. I would say she is kind of plain looking even, but somewhere between plain and somewhat cute. Is it normal that certain guys will actually go for Girl B instead of GIrl A? I was surprised because I thought ALL the guys would flock to GIrl A instead. Also I notice that the older guys (than guys our age) also prefer Girl B.
