Is it normal that guys always look down during eye contact?

I feel like I have a scary face or something. Whenever I'm walking in the halls of my school and I make eye contact (not on purpose) guys just look down, not down to my chest but they just glue down to the ground...

It's not like I've had any problems with the male population but they seem to have a problem with even looking at me in the halls. I just noticed now. Maybe it's my nice obnoxious stride/strut I have? haha

When we're in class or hanging out we could meet eyes but in the halls it feels awkward. If you're wondering, I am a lesbian~

    Who the hell maintains eye contact while walking down the hall. You typically dont want to be seen staring at someone. Unless your somewhat friendly with them, that might be wierd

    A lot of people have trouble looking at someones eyes while talking. Maybe they find you attractive and have a hard time just looking at you because they're scared. Maybe they find you unattractive. It could be many reasons really.

    maybe they are saying look thiers that 1 lesbian and when they look at u, they notice that u caught them looking at u so they look down to act that they wernt looking at u.

    Statistically speaking, males don't make as much eye contact as females, so I would say it's Normal.

    It's probably just body language. When you make eye contact with them, is it in an open, friendly, inviting way, or is it more challenging, proud or defensive?

      People have told me that my face is always pulled in a natural smirky smile. But have learned that keeping eye contact is pretty hard~
