Show her that you do. Everyday. Constantly, don't forget her memory is in a constant state of flux. My grandma died 4 years ago. her mind went way earlier.
This is normal it happens a lot to older people. They get mad or upset for no reason. Just don't talk to your grandmother for a few days and she will apologize to you sooner or later.
Bad advice, that will just confirm her feelings that she isn't loved.
If you want her to feel loved ask her what you can do for her and then do it: cut the grass, take her shopping, take her out for a meal ... use your imagination!
It's common when we get old to feel unloved and unwanted and in the way of younger people
Worth a try anyway. I'm also a grandma and if I were feeling unloved by my family that'd change my feelings. Also, don't pretend to be interested, but I'll bet if you asked her for stories about her childhood and growing up years she'd just love to tell you about that.
Are you male or female?
Either way, find some way of pleasuring her sexually.
She'll soon change her mind!
