Is it normal that I wouldn't consider a man with blue eyes at all? If a guy had blue eyes, I wouldn't be interested in dating him or even just having a bit of fun with him, if you get me. No offense to anyone of course, but I really do not like blue eyes! To me, it makes the man seem a lot less attractive.
The first thing I notice about a man is his hair and eye colour. I love brown eyes and would consider green. IIN?

    I think it's pretty shallow honestly. Eye color, hairstyle, style of dress... I'm looking to fall in love with a person, not a list of "desirable" traits.

      I so agree with what you are saying.
      BUT how do you approach the person in the first place when you are not attracted to them? If I am out somewhere and see a person I am psychically attracted to then I approach them, get a bit of a taste of their personality then take it from there. That's how it usually works.
      I have been with good looking guys, got to know them and dumped them because I didn't like who they were. I have been with men who aren't exactly considered good looking but ended up dumping them because there were no attraction there.

        Well I might get some flack for saying it, but I do think there needs to be initial attraction. Maybe that makes me shallow too, but I need to be at least sort of physically attracted to someone, generally anyway. I guess what gets me is that's something so specific to always find unattractive.

        I don't feel like I pull to one "type" of person very strongly at all, and eye or hair color factor in very little for me. I'll notice if you have pretty eyes or nice hair, but I don't have any preference on color or any preferences that are really very specific at all. I could find a few parallels in people I'm attracted to, but there's still quite the variety.

    I am instantly attracted to women with light eyes. Dark ryes do not make it.

    Light eyes enchant me. That is me.

    Blue eyes are fascinating to me, but more in a "whoa, an alien!" way. I don't know if I'd mix with someone with blue eyes. Or red hair, for that matter. Maybe not pc, but totally normal. Everybody has preferences and with preferences come biases.

    I don't really care too much about eye colour. But I don't understand when girls are like "Oh my god! Blue eyes! So hot!!!"
    But if I HAD to choose a favourite colour, it would be hazel.

    Well then my kind wouldn't like you anyways lol, but hey you aren't really limiting your dating pool as brown is the most popular eye color unless you live in northern europe, then you're screwed

          I'll have you know I got an A* in Geography at GCSE ;) We just don't tend to learn about countries and where they are placed.
          Plus many people from the UK do not like the fact that we are a part of Europe so I don't tend to pay much attention to it.
          That's my defence anyway :)

            Well GCSE's are piss easy and the location OF YOUR OWN COUNTRY should be pretty basic knowledge for everyone, regardless of whether or not you think the UK should be part of the EU.

              Won't deny them being piss easy. But I'm not into the locations of different countries within the EU. Give me a map and I can find any country in a second but I don't see point in knowing the whole low down of the EU.

          And whit whoo green eyes ;) I have green eyes and think I should reproduce with someone with green eyes because it is clearly important to carry on the green eyed race. We are a rare thing! Why your brother?

            Most of my family are brown-eyed. I thought you might like that!

            Me, my mother, and my grandmother are the green-eyed freaks. My grandmother and I very much so. We are *very* green-eyed. In direct sunlight, I have two emeralds stuck in my head. People comment a lot. You should probably go for my grandmother, though. Hers were really pale green. Mine are diluted a bit and are amber green. I'm a half-breed and she was the real deal. :)

              Yeah I like my brown eyed men.
              And same, the green eyes come from my mothers side! That sounds cool though. Mine are like dark green with like splashes of mud in them. Not literally don't worry.

    I have never been able to trust anyone with blue eyes. In January I met a man with blue eyes. I fell in love. By July he went to jail for threatening me with a knife and I recently learned that he was cheating on me throughout our entire 6 month relationship. I should have stuck with my original instinct. Blue eyed people are not trustworthy.
