That happens when you have a hot bath and you stand up too fast. So yes very normal
Well when you get light headed it normally means ur dehydrated and when you take a bath or shower or swim it makes it worse bc ur body feels water but not in taking it so drink more water!!!! I personally have problems with drinking water so I normally put mio or crystal lite or something like that to make it Easier to drink more water. Good luck
You might have hypotension (low blood pressure). The sudden standing from a deep sitting position will alter the blood flow to the brain and cause vertigo or dizziness.
It's the hot water! I get like that in the shower because I love the water boiling hot. I come out and my temperature must be like 40 degrees. I think it's something to do with the heat messing with your blood pressure. Keep it cool, and try to stand up slowly and grip onto the side of the bath incase you fall.
Does it happen any other time when you're doing other things?
I agree with joybird, your bath is probably too warm, plus the air around you is steamy as well. I'd probsbly feel faint as well.
Sometimes if I've been sitting for a awhile or if I get out of The shower I get extremely dizzy. I feel like I'm not in control of my body and I almost always nearly lose my balance.
