Is it normal that everything is difficult?

From the moment I wake up in the morning, everything is a struggle. I have to summon up the will to get out of bed, get dressed, get to work, and getting even a couple hours of productive work takes all my concentration. Doing the dishes, the laundry, spending time with friends -- it's all exhausting. Even getting ready for bed seems like a chore.

Sounds like depression or you're stressed.

You might have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or some other health condition. You should see your physician and get tests done. Good Luck!

It could be a psychological issue, or indeed a medical issue.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, depression, anaemia, sleep apnoea, diabetes, anxiety etc. etc. can all cause this constant feeling of exhaustion. I suggest if it is negatively effecting your life you discuss it with a doctor.

Nope, totally normal. Just don't think about it and you wont notice. Of course everything takes effort, thinking about it just makes it seem repetitive and boring, and yeah, that would make anything depressing.
