Is it normal that everything good for you feels bad?

Why, if it's better for me, does it feel so damn hard to eat an apple instead of a box of biscuits?

Why does medicine taste like crap?

Why is it so hard to keep exercising regularly?

Why is everything that feels good (exempting the obvious-sex) probably bad for you?

I thought we were supposed to be programmed to like what's good for us.

well you could eat healthy and still have junk food. try having apple slices dipped in melted chocolate or strawberries dipped in chocolate. once you start eating better, your body will feel better. the best way of not eating junk food, is to not buy it when you go grocery shopping. you just need to use will power. oh and on a side note, if you eat better and exercise, you wont have to take medicine because your body wont need it.

Personally I friggin love the taste of apples. They're great. And I love exercising - I love the feeling of pushing myself until Im completeling exhausted, dripping with sweat - the feeling of acomplishment afterwards is amazing. Its what keeps my coming back. Ahhh yeaaa

The nature wants you to fight for things you really want. My theory is, you can't just sit there, eating fastfood, getting a sixpack. Life is not easy, you have to earn the good things

Short term you might feel like shit cuz your body isn't used to it, but after awhile you'll feel grand :D

The food industry has laced everything with chemicals to give us a 'high' that natural food can't compete with. We wouldn't need to exercise if we ran for buses / trains etc and got out of our cars, formal exercise requires effort.
