Is it normal that everything about my best friend annoys me?

My friend and I have been friends for over 10 years, so we see each other as "best friends". Everything he does annoys me, but I'm not sure if I'm just being unreasonable or if he's actually annoying, because none of my other friends annoy me, but none of my other friendships are as long as this one. I'm not sure when he started to get on my nerves. I think it was when we both started hanging out with two other guys (mutually, not individually), then he started to act differently.

Anyway, he does little annoying things, like getting his cigarette ash on me, getting in my personal space, arguing about pointless things like "this rapper is better than that rapper because I prefer him and he has more fans", and being stubborn, blowing smoke in my face, mocking me for liking certain music, and other more important things like trying to have fun at other people's financial expenses, like never buying his own cigarettes, and making our other friend drive him around to go to get food, like on bonfire night he kept telling me and our other friend to get some fireworks, but of course he wasn't able to chip in even though it was his own idea.

Nobody else seems to get annoyed by him, apart from his mother, whom he treats like a slave at times. I just want to know if this constant annoyance towards him is reasonable and if this situation is common.
