Is it normal that everyday tasks are so difficult nowadays?
Everything is getting so hard for me to do lately, and my muscles get fatigued quickly. Help. I think it might be depression or another disorder?

Just a phase if you are young.
I hear of many teenagers too tired to even get dressed, and go outside during the day. Their bodies are still forming and it is tiring being young. They (you) will grow out of it.
Its said that you need minimum 8hrs sleep, the closest I've come in the last 10years would be about 7. Most nights normally 5 or 6hrs. This is also normal for an adult!
Depression. Yes, it could be that. But if you can afford it, maybe see a doctor to rule out anything physiological.
