Oh damnit, this isn't normal? I did this at my senior prom. It was my go to dance move. every time a guy asked to dance I would head-butt him.

Not trying to excerbate the situation here but, are you part goat? Do you pray to an almighty Goat God named Keleshiamiro (Kel-le-she-mir-o) and do the Dance of Wimsy at Midnight everynight? Do tell, lol.

Its normal if youre under two years old and cant verbalize. Or autistic.
    Otherwise, time for some therapy.

            • My ferret wakes me up at 6 every morning since I have been home. It gets annoying that he is threatened with being turned into burrito meat.

I don't get crazy with the head butting. You'd have to endure a little more sulfur than usual probably if I got upset. Or I'd turn up the temp under the blanket real quick

Not normal, but people will do -almost- anything when they are ticked.

    Do you have autism?

    • So many consider themselves autistic these days. This person may well be a "self proclaimed" aspergers case.

I usually see this with kids under ten instead of teens or adults, but I don't think of it as strictly abnormal.
I'm more worried about you hurting your brain. Even if you don't feel any negative effects of headbutting things, new scientific research indicates that you can get microconcussions and neural axon twisting from even mild head trauma. Often these don't cause problems in the short0term (that's why you don't feel it), but after building up enough of them over a long period of time, it can impair your higher mental functions (like logic and language). That's why most retired boxers sound like they have oatmeal in their mouths when they talk.
I would recommend that you find another way of expressing your anger. You sound physical, so maybe a punching bag? A few years ago, one thing that really made me feel better when I was mad was smashing plates. I'd get a ton from a thrift shop for like five bucks, and then when I was pissed I'd got out to the driveway and smash away.
