Kay, well I'm 19 and my boobs are still small, like small B size, everyone else in my family has like DD or DDD, so idk what to do, im nervous about dating guys, cuz i dont want them to laugh or whatever,
do you think they will stay this way or will they eventually grow

Most of the girls I know with big boobies have back problems, don't want them, and are self-concious about them.
Learn to love yourself because if you don't, it will be hard for anyone else to. <3

Im a 36d and to be honest wish i had smaller breasts cos guys always talk to them and not me. Enjoy your small breasts and make the most of what you got
i think that once the boobs are past a certain size, its just unattractive. dont worry. a true guy wont care. trust me cuz boob size doesnt matter to me.
YUP, i agree with piman, normally anything passed C, depending on the build of the girl, is too big, and to be quite honest, B cups are what i actually prefer, and most girls im attracted to are B cups.
gimme a girl with a good sense of humor, good taste in music, and B cups and can put up with my retarded ass, and ill love her forever xD
Your lucky because you can get implants any time. Big boobs get saggy as shit when chicks start getting older.

I'm a 19.Y.O. guy and (like many others above pointed out) I also prefer them small. ( <= C)
D's are only acceptable for girls over 180cm tall.
Most guys don't mind as long as there are two soft spots on your chest.
I could write an essay on boobies, but I'll just tell you to appreciate what you have.
For what it's worth I'm not a fan of the big boobs. I think I'd prefer Small to medium sized.

I'm 19 too and it doesn't look like I'm growing anytime soon either. I have just learned to live with small boobs. It's a curse but it's a part of me that I have learned to accept b/c it's the hand I was dealt. Don't worry about what guys think either. Your opinion matters most. However, even without large boobs, guys are still attracted to me so don't worry about it. :)
