Is it normal that directly teeth looked cracked?

Okay so I got my braces off Monday and they used this high speed drill thing to shape my teeth and I have sensitive teeth so that hurt very much, anyways After the braces my teeth looked a little yellow so I bought crest White strips professional whitening strips and that same day I tried using them I had to take them off though after just 3 minutes because my teeth kept getting sharp and very painful pains for moments at a time. Now today ( 2 days later) I tried again this time the pains were not as bad so i resisted them and kept the strips on for 20 minutes now afterwards i can see like little lines on my teeth almost looking like cracks. Im worried if the strip was cracking my teeth ( hence the sharp pains) is this normal?

    Stop using those strips and go see your dentist. There are natural and much healthier ways to whiten your teeth.

    Yep it's because of the enamel, once it's gone it doesn't come back! Whitening causes tooth sensitivity, and some times it doesn't go away!! It can hurt to eat hot, cold things or even the air from talking can csuse pain! Lay off the strips and see your dentist A.S.A.P. In the mean time use pro enamel toothpaste or sensodyne every single time you brush! These toothpastes have whitening agents in them. be careful or you'll be in a world of pain, trust me!! I had braces and then fourteen caps because they were just too sensitive, to the point where I couldn't eat, talk or smile! Get on top of this!! GL

    It could be that the enamel on your teeth was damaged when your braces were removed. I know my teeth were pretty sensitive for a few weeks after I'd had mine off. If you want to whitten your teeth I'd wait a month or two before trying again. It will give your teeth time to adjust to being 'free' from the braces.

    go see a dentist and stop using those strips, your teeth are probably very sensitive. could be cracks in your teeth, kind of like an ice cube with it cracks.
