Is it normal that cooking makes me lose my appetite because of stress?

The question might be a little difficult to understand, but basically, I was cooking a Sunday roast for my flatmates and myself. The cooking in general was keeping me a bit stressed, and then I dropped the baking pan with my potatoes and veg. I managed to recover and make a few substitutions and make everything look okay. The stress got to me and I prepped the plates for my flatmates and then just gave up, went through to my room and avoided the kitchen. I got so stressed and frustrated to the point that despite having nothing to eat today, I just couldn't eat. I have a history of bulimia and eating disorders so I don't know if that contributes in any way, but it just doesn't feel normal.
