At apartment building site or skycraper building site, is it normal that construction workers have shit on room or living room ciment before completign the building in the US?

whether or not there is a elevator or toilet(no water, cut off the water)
If it is unnormal, how american construction workers go to bathroom to shit at 30th floor?

    I've never heard of this before. Most of them go to the toilet in portable potties and if they were caught shitting on building they were working on, their superiors would most likely fire them.

    They get down to the ground using the same method that got them up there in the first place. And then they use the rented portable toilets on site. Sometimes they are called "Honey Buckets."
