Is it normal that constantly jog or run, is it healthy?

I love to jog or run and am obsessed with it now. I've already lost a lot of weight but also muscle mass. It seems like a easy way to loose weight but I know it's not the healthiest. I play volleyball, basketball and tennis so I thought all the running would keep me more in shape. But it seems like it's doing more harm than good. I'm not sure so I was wondering about others opinions on this.

    If you feel that it is hazardous to your health, then i would stop. Losing muscle mass isnt a good thing.

    Excessive jogging or running can cause damage to your knees. Be mindful of that or make regular visits with physios or the like to keep an eye on it.

    Unless your jogging or running too long or very incorrectly while out of shape, it's both normal and healthy.
