Is it normal that co-workers are like this to their boss?

Recently me and some of my friends have founded our own company MBI Inc. We are just getting started so there really isnt much to MBI (Monkey Butler Initiative). We have recently just started acquiring some of the animals (monkeys, orangutans, bonobos, etc) that we are going to be training as helpers for those people who are disabled or handicapped or otherwise unable to fully take care of themselves. These animals come from overstocked zoos, orphaned wild, etc.

Now recently it was suggested that the monkeys partake of some sort of sexual training to alleviate any lonliness that our clients may have. I was against this, but I think some of my friends have been taking it upon themselves to actually sexually train the monkeys, even though I said no. Is it normal for them to be doing this? Does it constitute animal abuse?

Should they be videotaping it for future training sessions and practice?
