Every time i do some thing wrong my brother swears and shouts at me and now im sooo fed up.Last night i accedently spilt a bit of water.As I was cleaning it up he "Are you disable or are you stupid?Oh wait your both." He called me DISABLED
My cousin used to tell her brother he was retarded. He thought in his early teens that because he was "retarded" (he has Asperger's, not an intellectual disability or delay...) he'd never be able to drive.
I think it's nasty to do. Like most sibling teasing. Siblings always have a go at each other. Hopefully, they mature at some point.
It's normal, but that doesn't mean it's not crappy to do.
