Is it normal that boobs bounce while walking?

I'v noticed that in some girls, that their boobs will be shaking and bouncing even while normal walking. But in some it will not move. Is it normal for the boobs to bounce even while walking?. why it bounces in some and not in all?

Some bras hold 'em still, others let 'em bounce, and bra-less is like even better!

some people just have a bouncier walk than others. Also as mentioned above it depends a lot on the bra. Sports bras for example act as a shock absorber to prevent discomfort caused by excessive bouncing

Because the boobs that bounce are probably bigger or it depends on what shoes the girl/woman is wearing.
