Is it normal that blood/bruising makes me excited?

I’ve always had a fasicination with blood and gore. Mostly bruising/gashes and things/people being cut open. Whenever I see someone I know bleeding or with bruises it makes me feel excited. Both adrenaline wise and sexually wise.

Sometimes I fantasize about having my innards spilt on the floor or being held by my s/o. Or doing the same to him.

I’ve talked with him about it. I wondered what everyone else thought.
