Is it normal that babies make me sick?

I don't hate babies, I love them, but ever since 2 years ago, being around them for more than an hour or so makes me really really sick. It feels like I'm reaally nauseous, almost enough to throw up, but i never actually do throw up. I get kinda pale, and my stomach feels like its grinding rocks into sand, and sometimes I have this weird diarrhea that's grey and looks like slugs.. But those things only happen when I'm around babies. I love babies, and wish I could babysit my niece, but the sickness is unbearable. Maybe this is related to the crohn's disease I have? I don't know...I haven't found anyone else with "baby sickness"..anyone have "baby sickness" too?
