My wife and I have always slept in the nude from a long time ago. We have 2 kids aged 9 and 6. Is it normal for all of us to sleep in the nude?
As long as you aren't sleeping with your kids, it's fine. Do they know that you and your wife sleep in the nude? Lots of people find clothing uncomfortable to sleep in. My husband sleeps in the nude, I just wear panties. One of our teenagers sleeps in the nude, the other two sleep in their boxers only. It's no big deal. Remind them that proper etiquette is that if they have friends over and/ or if they stay the night somewhere, they need to wear something!
We (me and husband) always sleep nude. Our 2 kids have seen us, They also sleep comfortably without clothes. It's very normal and natural. K.T
The 4 of us sleep nude all of the time. My wife and 2 teenage daughters are topless or nude a lot of the time when we are at home. It is not a big deal here.
Yes its normal for you and your wife to. the kids if it was me i would give them pjs but if they deside not to wear them then thats ok, let them make the choice on there own. I lived in a house where my mum slept naked and if we woke up in the night, bad dream or what ever, she wouldn't get dressed just see to us and go back to bed, being naked is ok as long as its in the right place. Being naked around my family i belive helped me to not be worried about my body. Seeing a naked body for the first time when you are a teen can be a big thing, as i found out from my friends but i had seen naked people all my life, mum, dad, 1 older brother and two sisters. So therefore i had seen how the body changes and it wasnt a big deal to me.
I have slept in the nude as long as I can remember. My husband and our two kids both have slept bare butt for ages. It's not a big deal and actually healthy.
