Is it normal that aggressive music calm me down

Just any aggressive music form metal, hardstyle, Hard electro. It just take me out of the aggression and allows me to cool down. Metal especially does it for me. One of the favorites is lamb of god to cool me down after a dull or depressing day.

    haha this is the same for me! i will sit at my computer for hours on end listening to hardcore punk (the most agressive music ever).

    Mate, give DUBSTEP (deathstep is the super crazy stuff) a go.

    Its so agressive. Really helped me calm down.

    I only really listen to rock and metal music anyway.

    I find that 'chillout music' just irritates me because I dont like it that much.

    Aggressive music always make me think less so i guess it does calm me down...

    For me, it's like the aggressive music does the screaming and yelling for me. Like all my energy is being expressed in this music. In the end I feel better. Love it. :)
