    Try shaving while showering. Make sure it's a warm shower and you've soaked for atleast a couple minutes. I've been doing this for years and have zero issues with itching or razor burn.

    I think you are confused.
    You can not shave your vagina, because it is located inside your body and has no hair at all.
    You probably shaved around your vulva, i.e. your pubic area.

    Razor burn is a bitch.
    This is weird but a little deodorant helps. And lotion.
