Is it normal that a woman at work keeps trying to hook up?

Ok so here it is. is it normal that a woman I USED to work with in the same department seems to keep asking me to go out with her on a weekly basis even though she knows I'm engaged to someone that she herself has seen and met before?

Shes friendly and all, and yes in a perfect world,I would tap that but FFS its like she never gives up, she always wants to meet up after work, go for a drink, take in a movie, go jogging - and she's married herself?!
