Is it normal that a lot of times i think i see someone i know...

but it ends up not being them. And then shortly after, I bump into the person I thought the first person was.

I know the explanation is that we think we see people we know all the time, but when we actually see that person later it seems extraordinary.

But have any of you experienced this? IIN?
