Is it normal that a lot of my bones stick out?
I am 5"2 and 110 pounds. I think this is a decently average weight for my size, but i can't help but feel too thin or unhealthy because my ribs and hips stick out an barely have any fat to protect them. I have to be careful sometimes when sitting down because i will accidentally knock my ribs and my hips together and they will be bruised. I can suck my stomach in and look like a holocaust victim, but according to both what is considered by some national official health association medium relative weight. Should i try to gain weight ?
