Is it normal that a hemorrhoid has a yellow head?

I have had a hemorrhoid (my first 1 ever) I'm 27 year old female (if that matters) and it's been growing out of my anus for 2 weeks now and reached my vaginal entrance. It is devastatingly painful when I try to poo, feels like the expression 'ripping me a new one' my knees shake and I sweat, and tears fall down my face. It hurts like terrible. Despite how many laxative, stool softener, pain relievers I use, it is still bone shatteringly painful.. And I have tried everything to sooth the pain, such as a sitz bath a few times a day, not sitting (walking, hula, hooping, swimming etc) preparation H, I eat healthy.

I'm also being treated for cancer, (chemo every other week for 25 hours) which is maybe why the hemmroid appeared in the first place? Unless it's from anal sex? I just began experiencing with that in January... Or it could be from all the narcotics/pain relievers the doctors have me on? I was pooping pebbles for a while there..

Anyway as of course all of the above concerns me.... But what my real concern really boils down to is....

IS IT NORMAL, to have a hemorrhoid grow, towards your vagina and the tip nearest the anus has petruded out and now has a yellow hard tip on it, and its scaring me because I'm wondering if it's some sort or thick worm that grew into and now trying to grow out of one of the wrinkles from my bum hole... So I put on a glove and try and guide it out!!! No luck this thing doesn't want to let go. I am very serious and really want some help please.

Oh --- yes I have see a gynecologist! They took cultcures but said they would nOt have results for a couple weeks.. I also intend to show My oncologist.

Thanks but can anyone tell me if this is normal? If it's normal for certain people? Is something wrong with me? Will this thing ever go away?
