Is it normal that a girl at the age of 19 behaves like she is 10? I know a girl that wears weird clothes, believes in fairy tales and is totally naive. She has never had a boyfriend and is very insecure. You can talk with her about movies or clothes and things like that and she seems pretty normal. But that's it. Moreover she is somehow cute but I don't want to be the one who destroys the fantayworld she seems to live in.

    i live in a fantasy world but only because i dont want to know about all the horror that goes on in this world sometimes. i would prefer to watch cartoons than the news.

    aww thats good it means she's still innocent but why do you want to change her does she embarres you or is she just annyoing let her live in her dream world before she finds out about the cruel cruel world we live in

    Y should she grow up? I'm 31 and have a fairy garden! And who cares what she wears! She isn't hurting anyone! Leave her alone!

      I agree about that one. Leave her alone. Some people like fairytales, just like some people like anime. And some people like gore. And some people are just odd with clothing and she is 19 for C's sake!!

    So, a woman who has never had a boyfriend is childish?

    Leave the girl alone. She sounds wonderful as she is. I swear, modern society is too judgmental and they care about things that aren't even that important.

    My cousin is turning 19 and sounds very similar to this. She is a lovely girl and is considered "odd" by others but does have good intentions. People can be so cruel. I remember in primary school she used to get called names and bullied and I'd have to come back her up.

    That girl sounds exactly like me. It was even posted when I was still 19! I wonder if someone I know made this post...? At any rate, glad to see there are more posters saying she should stay in her fantasy world instead of saying she should "grow up". :D
