Is it normal that a female dentist keeps doing "favors" for my fiance?

My fiancé goes to a female dentist. He recently went in for a consultation about their "Six Month Smiles" program, which is similar to getting braces. He couldn't afford the down-payment she required, so he was going to go without. Then she called him back and offered:
- a smaller down-payment
- longer to pay it off
- $500 off the cost of Six Month Smiles

Now she's offering him a free whitening treatment when the "braces" come off.

My fiancé says she's just doing a genuinely nice thing, and he doesn't understand why this sounds so odd to me.

So is this normal behavior for a dentist or am I entitled to feel suspicious?

    That's awesome why are you tripping. Less $ out of your pocket and your fiance is gunna look sexy as fuck. He probably told her you guys are engaged and he wants his teeth to look good for the wedding. She's being nice. We need more nice people in the world.

    There are many explanations. It's likely that she has a fetish for teeth of sexy guys and enjoys fantasizing about your fiancee while she works on him.

    I think you're completely 100% entitled to be suspicious, because she's going against regulations and her job for just one person :s you should definitely look into this, I don't know how you would go about doing this though.. but then again she could just be an idiot, so don't jump to conclusions to your fiancé until you have some sort of evidence

      How do you know it's just for one person? How do you know it's not a business move? Sometimes businesses offer deals or discounts to encourage return business.
